2. Eligibility and Intended Market
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Our current commercial offers are intended for customers located in the United States. We may refuse or cancel orders placed from unsupported territories.
3. Digital Products
We sell downloadable or electronically delivered ebooks, manuals, trackers, templates, printable resources, and related digital content. Product descriptions, included materials, pricing, and access terms are shown on the relevant sales or checkout page.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
An order is submitted when you complete checkout. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we send an order confirmation or digital-access message. We may reject or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, pricing is clearly erroneous, or the transaction violates these Terms.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated according to the information provided during checkout and the rules applied by the payment or checkout provider. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
6. Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered through an email download link, access link, or similar electronic method after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam or promotions folders, and maintaining access to your email account.
If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact support@northwithinebooks.com using the email address associated with your purchase.
7. 30-Day Refund Policy
Unless a sales page clearly states otherwise, eligible digital products are covered by a 30-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee beginning on the purchase date.
To request a refund, email us within 30 calendar days and include the email address used for the purchase, the name of the product, and the order date or receipt information.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Refund requests may be denied where there is evidence of fraud, repeated purchase-and-refund abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or other misuse. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Personal-Use License
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your personal, non-commercial use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights are not transferred to you.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, sell, sublicense, distribute, or share the product or download link.
- Use the product to create a competing product, derivative commercial product, course, membership, or resale bundle.
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
- Use automated systems to extract, scrape, or reproduce substantial portions of the content.
9. Intellectual Property
The website, brand elements, product content, graphics, layouts, copy, and related materials are owned by or licensed to NorthWithin Books and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “NorthWithin Books” and product names may be used only as authorized.

11. No Guaranteed Results

12. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or products unlawfully, interfere with security or operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthWithin Books and Emiliano Pallante will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits arising from the website or digital products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorthWithin Books and Emiliano Pallante from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized redistribution, infringement, or material breach of these Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or mandatory jurisdiction that cannot be waived, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Florence, Italy.
19. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order will generally govern that order, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed.
